1. General Information
These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Grégory Nunez (NIF Y9219747G), a professional photographer and videographer registered as an autónomo in Spain and based in Barcelona. Some services may be delivered in collaboration with Denislav Marinkov (NIF Y1964642L) or other members of the Keig Studio team. The client will be informed in advance of the designated provider(s) when planning the project.

2. Purpose and Scope
2.1. These terms apply to all services listed on www.keigstudio.com and to any service carried out directly by Grégory Nunez, his collaborators, or his partners.
2.2. Signing a quote, a purchase order, or making a payment implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Agreement
3.1. All services are subject to a detailed quote.
3.2. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and a 50% deposit.
3.3. If no confirmation is received within 15 days, the date will be released without notice.
3.4. Services requiring upfront expenses (flights, hotels, rentals) must be paid 100% in advance.

4. Service Execution
4.1. Grégory Nunez provides services in:
• Visual planning and coordination
• Photo, video, and drone shooting (subject to permissions)
• Post-production (retouching, color grading, editing)
• Delivery via secure digital transfer
4.2. RAW files (unedited photos or videos) can be provided upon request for a flat fee of €300, covering preparation, sorting, and transfer. Delivery does not imply transfer of rights; specific licensing may be negotiated and billed separately.
4.3. Deliverables are provided within 14 working days (unless otherwise stated). Two rounds of simple revisions are included.

5. Payment
5.1. Payment is made via bank transfer. Upon request, secure card payments or cash (with receipt) can be accepted.
5.2. In case of late payment, penalties will apply automatically:
• 8% annual interest on the outstanding amount
• €40 fixed compensation
• After 30 days of non-payment, a formal notice will be issued, and legal action or suspension of deliverables may follow.

6. Client Obligations
6.1. Provide access, permissions, and necessary logistical information.
6.2. Ensure a safe working environment.
6.3. Provide breaks, meals, or refreshments for services lasting over 4 hours.
6.4. Report any issue immediately during the service to allow resolution on-site.

7. Intellectual Property and Deliverables
7.1. Copyright remains the property of Grégory Nunez unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. The client receives a non-exclusive, limited-use license as specified in the quote.
7.3. Source files (RAW, rushes, projects) are not delivered unless requested in writing and paid for (minimum €300), along with any applicable licensing agreement.
7.4. Unless explicitly refused in writing, Keig Studio may use the content for promotional purposes.

8. Cancellation
8.1. In case of cancellation by the client:
• More than 7 days before the shoot: no fee
• Between 3 and 7 days: 50% of the total amount due
• Less than 72h: 100% of the total amount due
8.2. Any expenses already incurred remain due.
8.3. In case of force majeure (illness, weather, major incident), the service will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

9. Confidentiality & Data
9.1. All client information is confidential and used solely for delivering the service.
9.2. Grégory Nunez complies with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
9.3. No data will be shared with third parties without written consent.

10. File Archiving
10.1. Delivered files are archived for 2 months.
10.2. The client is responsible for making long-term backups.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
11.2. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Barcelona.

12. Acceptance via the Website
By signing a quote, making a payment, or booking a service through www.keig-studio.com, the client fully accepts these terms.
