In September 2026, Keig Studio, a photo and video agency based in Barcelona, was selected as the official photo and video partner of AI Summit Barcelona, one of Europe’s largest events dedicated to artificial intelligence.
Five days of coverage, from the hackathon at Norrsken to the two main days at the World Trade Center Barcelona, with more than 10,000 attendees, over 200 speakers and six stages running in parallel. The organizer’s challenge: miss no speaker and have usable content during the event, not a week later.
We deployed a team of 12 people. Each photographer in Barcelona was assigned to a specific area of the venue, while roaming photographers covered the stands, the VIP areas and the atmosphere.
Two videographers in Barcelona followed the highlights and recorded the speaker interviews. At the heart of the setup, an on-site control room backed up every card twice and edited the photos live, for same-day delivery to the client’s Drive, sorted by room and time slot.
More than 2,000 edited photos, 7 vertical reels published throughout the event, video recaps, 25 interviews edited for social media and all the raw footage.
