As part of its services, Keig Studio may process personal data, including images or video footage in which individuals may be identifiable. This data is used solely for producing and delivering the commissioned work and is handled in full compliance with the GDPR.
Keig Studio does not share, sell, transfer or make any client photos or videos available to third parties without the client’s explicit written consent.
All photo and video files are stored on secure systems with encryption, restricted access and reinforced protection. No files are stored on public or unsecured cloud services. Access is strictly limited to authorised Keig Studio personnel directly involved in the project.
We apply strong security measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss of data.
Delivered files are intended exclusively for the contracting client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it is strictly prohibited for any third party to:
Any external use must be approved through prior written authorisation from Keig Studio to ensure the protection of individuals and respect for our intellectual property.
Keig Studio retains original and delivered files for 30 days after final delivery, unless a different retention period has been agreed in writing. After this period, all files are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Clients may request early deletion of all files at any time. Keig Studio will permanently delete all copies, including backups, within a maximum of 30 days.
Unless the client refuses in writing before delivery, the client grants Keig Studio a non exclusive licence to use the final photos and videos in its online portfolio, website, social media, showreels and promotional materials. This licence is strictly limited to Keig Studio’s self promotion and does not involve any resale or distribution to third parties.
If the client requires full copyright transfer, Keig Studio will not use any content for promotional purposes and will permanently delete all files within 30 days of final delivery.
